Guelph libraries will feel impact of provincial library cuts, CEO says

Guelph Public Library CEO Steve Kraft says that while the library's budget won't be cut, the 50-per-cent funding cut to Southern Ontario Library Services will have an effect on the city's library patrons. SOLS operates an inter-library loan program, as well as help train library staff.
