Guelph MPP: Province needs to reopen community gardens during pandemic:Schreiner says gardens needed to supply fruits, vegetables to those in need

Guelph MPP Mike Schreiner says the province needs to reopen community gardens, which have been deemed a recreational activity and therefore not permitted during the ongoing pandemic. The provincial Green Party leader says the gardens are needed to help provide fruits and vegetables to those in need.

While a growing number of places have been closed due to the ongoing pandemic, Guelph’s representative at Queen’s Park is asking for something to reopen.
